Strek•O Doors specializes in producing quality architectural wood doors in particleboard, stave core, mineral core, structural composite lumber core, bullet resistant and lead lined with the quickest leadtimes in the industry. Our ability to manufacture doors with veneers from Anigre to Zebrawood, and excellent customer service is what separates Strek•O Doors from other wood door manufacturers. We also offer a full line of environmentally friendly products that are FSC certified and qualify for LEED projects.

The manufacturing facility is vertically integrated with a dry kiln to dry green lumber, lumber processing department to process rough cut lumber into door components and mouldings, splicing department that splices veneer flitches into veneer faces with standard or special matching, and a wood boiler that produces steam to heat the door presses.

Strek•O Doors machines doors for hardware and factory finishes doors using technologically advanced equipment. Factory finished doors are finished on our environmentally friendly TR-6 UV cured finish line.

Products and Services

Strek-O Doors, located in the small central Wisconsin town of Abbotsford, began as Streckert Manufacturing in the 1940’s. Beginning with institutional hollow core and stave core doors the product line has increase over the years to include particleboard, structural composite lumber core, mineral core, and lead lined doors.
Strek•O Doors is environmentally conscious and vertically integrated throughout the manufacturing process. The door components begin with kiln dried lumber or green lumber which is dried in a kiln at our facility. The dried lumber is processed into door stiles and moulding.

Strek•O Doors maintains a wide range of veneer faces and veneer flitch in domestic and exotic species. Strek•O Doors has the ability to splice veneer flitch into standard or specialty matching faces.
Once all the components are staged; the doors are individually hot pressed. The presses as well as our kiln is heated by the wood waste generated throughout the manufacturing process.
Complete factory machining and finishing are available on our products. A series of CNC equipment is used to machine the doors for all required hardware preps. Strek•O Doors uses an environmentally friendly UV cured roll coat line, which meets or exceeds all TR-6 requirements.

Strek-O Doors also manufactures doors in nearly every veneer imaginable with the quickest lead times in the industry. Strek•O Doors’ Sprinter Program is designed to meet the quick lead times your project requires, all you have to do is JUST ASK. Specify the lead time needed for your doors. We will work to meet your specified date, even if same or next day shipment is required. Expedite charges will vary based on order requirements. Our Sprinter Program includes fire rated and lead lined doors on a fast lead time basis. All doors can be factory machined for hardware, and factory finished with a TR-6 UV cured finish process in clear, standard or a custom color. We have a wide variety of stock doors on the floor.
